Squeegee Clean respects your privacy and limits the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information to what is reasonably needed to provide our services, communicate with customers, operate our website, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on how you contact or work with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, property and access details, requested services, estimates, appointments, service history, invoices and payment status, messages and call notes, photos or documents you provide, communication preferences, and consent records. Our website may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and cookies used for security and site operation.
We do not ask for or retain payment-card numbers, online-banking credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is not reasonably required for the requested service.
We use personal information to respond to requests; prepare estimates; schedule, confirm, and deliver services; provide arrival and service updates; answer questions; maintain customer and service records; create invoices and record payment status; improve our operations; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal, insurance, tax, and safety requirements.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may use service providers that process information only on our behalf for functions such as website hosting, email, customer records, communications, and secure data storage. We limit those providers to the information needed to perform their services.
If you separately and affirmatively opt in, Squeegee Clean may send recurring transactional text messages about your estimate, appointment options and confirmations, scheduling changes, arrival notices, active service, and replies to your questions. Text-message consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing a service, and does not authorize unrelated promotional messages. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Where consent is required, we keep records of the date, source, program, and wording associated with that consent so we can demonstrate and honour your choices. You may change your communication preferences or withdraw consent at any time. We maintain suppression records when necessary to ensure an opt-out is respected.
