✓ Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer.

✓ Approving your estimate by phone, email, text, or online reserves your service appointment.

✓ Some stubborn stains, paint, silicone, hard water, or construction debris may require additional time and specialized cleaning.

✓ Please move vehicles away from work areas before we arrive.

✓ If you're not happy, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.

✓ Existing glass damage (scratches, chips, cracks, failed seals, etc.) cannot be repaired by cleaning and remains the responsibility of the property owner.
