These terms apply to the Squeegee Clean Appointment and Customer-Service Text Program.
Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive recurring transactional text messages from Squeegee Clean. Messages may include estimate follow-up, appointment options and confirmations, scheduling changes, arrival notices, active-service updates, and replies to customer questions.
This program is not used for purchased lists, third-party lead generation, or unrelated promotional messages. Promotional or marketing texts, if ever offered, require a separate consent.
You may opt in through an unchecked website checkbox, by sending an opt-in keyword to our text line, or by giving recorded verbal or written permission for these specific messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
Message frequency varies based on your active estimate, appointment, or service request. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Squeegee Clean does not charge a separate fee for this text program.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you later opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe where supported.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your device, wireless service, network availability, and carrier filtering. Do not use text messaging for emergencies or time-critical safety matters.
We handle personal information and text-message consent records as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your right to opt out at any time is not affected.
